really boring post. I swear it's so boring you'll die. maybe.

I must be the weirdest person ever, no I'm serious.

I went into Mass Comm for broadcasting, but then I went into PR and Events Major. Next thing I know I went internship at MalaysiaKini as a journalist. Went back to study PR and Events afterwards, and now I'm here, working for Sunway Hotel Resort and Spa in the sales department. Weird, eh?

Even I can't figure myself out, I can't tell myself what do I want in 10 years time, besides to get rich and famous. But I don't know how I'm going to get there.It's just like how I know I want to go abroad to further my studies, yet I cannot decide what I wanna study. Journalism? PR? Broadcast? or media in a general? urgh. headache headache.

Honestly I've lost the whole picture of what I'm chasing after, and I actually thought about working in Sunway for long term, eventho I haven't really started my job. Still undergoing trainings and what not.

Sigh this is emo-ish and I don't like to be emo. But it's hard not to when you've used up all the happy energetic energy (wtf energetic energy, macam energiser) in the office. Not that I don't like to be happy but you know, when you're happy and chirpy the whole day then suddenly out of nowhere you'd wanna just be quiet and slow down a little? That's exactly how I'm feeling.

How's work you may ask? I'd say work's fine, the people there is great, friendly and sometimes can get abit too stressed out, haha, only thing is that I haven't got to know all of them yet. and yes now I know how much work those people need to do in the hotel banqueting. Oh you not-so-nice-lady from Royal Bintang that made us waited for you and all, I forgive you for being so terrible because I'm sure you're as busy as we are at Sunway Hotel eventho i don't see them giving bad service.

Not to brag or praise, honestly, I do find Sunway Hotel a place of standards. I mean, from an event person POV. I did my prom at R.Bintang and I hated how the person liaised with us then and how irresponsible they were(long story). But here, the person in charge stays with you at the event day, they have technical meetings and stuff, which I find it extremely useful for those who are doing events. Well, that's what I've felt after sitting in (more like standing) for a few events and I dare say I'd wished we did our prom at Sunway last year, but the rates were too high for us. :(

Sorry this post is getting so boring I hope you all didn't fall asleep on your laptops or computers. Later all your drools soaked the whatever thing and you get electrocuted in your sleep and die cuz you reading my boring post. That's bad, very bad. haha.

Ok la you all can now head to bed because my post is such an awesome bed time story even better than Sejarah text book hahahah. maybe can do business already. book that you read to make you sleep. boring books. =) *evil boring smiling face*

Honestly, I have so much to type but I can't because I'm getting pretty sleepy. I'm really sleep deprived recently. sigh. and everything I typed, or try to type is getting very emo-ish.
so better not. =)
I wanna make my blog happy and cheerful, at least I try.
See! what I've told you. Even this is getting emo, I better head to bed. Working is taking up so much of my time I can only choose between going online or sleeping, and guess which I choose? =p

I have no life, no life at all. haha.
Went to Mardi Gras the other day and after two drinks I was falling asleep on the table. Imagine that. Lucky they pulled me up front to dance around, which woke me up for awhile. =p

The precious first time.

Phew! First day of work was better than I thought, but my pair of very expensive shoes failed me because my feet hurts from all the touring around the hotel! Can you believe how huge Sunway Hotel is? I almost got lost like a million times in that underground office,or is it above ground but only hidden? hmmm. pfff for getting lost.

Ooooo! Talking about my shoes, have I shown you all my newest collection to the Shing Shoe family? I haven't, have I? It's a pair of Clarks called Beauty Sleep, maybe they want the feet to go to sleep comfortably or something.. It is comfy but yes it still hurt, maybe because it's leather, it became abit loose and then in order to make sure it won't come off I have to walk funny and walking funnily hurts the feet. hmmm.

Well, the only difference between mine and this, is that mine isn't shiny. Btw shiny is my new word. Shining to a better future, proud to be shining, made to shine, shine shine shine! Now the word looks weird. haha. SHINE. *slap self* *takes deep breath*

I bought the matte one cuz I thought that it's more formal for work and I guess I was right, no one has shiny shoes so far. shine. it looks like my name la, don't you think? shing shine shine shing shing shine shine shing. confusing. confushing. confushine. haha. This pretty thing cost me bout 300 bucks, which is like, almost half of my savings gone. pfff. shine. shine. shing. shines. =D

Ok back to the first day of work, I have a three days orientation programme thing before I actually start my job and I felt lost already. I didn't know that you're not allowed to bring your uniform back home, but at least they do the washing for you at the hotel. teehee. lazy bum shing in action. anything that doesn't require me to wash is good thing.
Oh and can you imagine one pretty villa in Sunway cost about 1k plus a day and it's honeymoon suite, which means you gotta stay there for days! Money money money! and oh boy it's gorgeous inside I wanna live there someday. haha. Imagine you have your own plunge pool! woot woot. skinny dipping is the first thing that comes into my head. wee! *splash* that's imaginary Shing skinny dipping in the private plunge pool in the pretty Villas. hah hah hah.

Hmmm. I don't think I can reveal more about the hotel incase later someone reads this and fire me cuz I reveal some corporate secret by accident cuz I'm so jakun about hotels. haha. you know they give two tooth brush to the guest? Hilton only gave us one that day. Kiamsiap Hilton. so dear people that reads this, I love the hotel because it's so pretty and it gives two toothbrush so go stay there more! =D don't fire me dear whoever that reads this.

I think first day of work got me abit too excited. Everyone seems friendly and boy I can't wait to start doing my job, or can I? ugrh I can't make up my mind. I'm just still really worried because I have no clue about hotels and I'm so afraid that I screw up.

This is like word vomit I cannot control but just keep typing out EVERYTHING! haha.
Ok that's it la before I get myself in trouble. bye bye.
Wish me luck on my second day. I shall update soon, especially on my job. I wanna share with the whole world of what I do but not the corporate secret la ok don't fire me ok this is my first job so I very jakun ma. =D

Update update!

Heyya all, don't ask me why did I locked up my blog earlier but I just did. It's some personal things that I shall not reveal more.
However, I figured out that what ever the problem is, it isn't my problem and I shan't punish myself for their problem and those who reads my blog has no reason to stop reading my blog just because some people has problem with this. ahah! amik kau!
BTW, a small update on my awesome life. Not exactly a small one but well, here goes.

1. First of all, my dear darlings out there, I got a job! Woot woot! and the pay is awesome but I'm not telling you how much. I can only say that it's soo out of my expectation! =)
2. Then, I'm sick. Sort of. Went for medical checkup earlier for the job and found that I have some funny thing in my kidney apparently. but I won't die, cuz I actually asked the doctor already. "doctor, lidat will die wan ah?" lol. plus it's no big deal, hence I got the job! =D
3. Went to AAR the other day, then PJ Hilton for my well deserved (cuz I won it) complimentary stay. Long story short, I fainted, I fell, I have blue blacks all over myself (it rhymes!) (you don't want to know where), yet it was the best night ever. I'm too glad that I shared all these with the bestfriend!
4. Hilton have super comfy bed and really really fluffy pillows! I ♥ fluffy pillows! =D
5. Did I tell you bout the awesome buffet breakfast there too? it's awesome. haha. too bad I wanted to swim or i would have tapau ALL the food in my tummy!
6. Ms Shing the awesome is starting work next week! =)
7. I need a new dictionary because my dictionary said friends are "people you know well and regard with affection and trust". I need one that says otherwise. LOL
8. I miss 'em college mates. won, eva, dylla, eman, jiar, and alot alot more of them... BOOHOOHOO
9. what else eh? Oh I need to take hepatitis B vaccination. It's effin 3 jap and damnit I hate needles.
   
10. I love to watch people singing their originals. It's inspiring. =)
